red raspberry leaf tea drinkers...question for you

Do you notice any weird feelings in your stomach after drinking a cup? I just started drinking it and both yesterday and today I have had what feels like bad gas pains when I am finished. I run to the bathroom like I am going to have an accident, but once there...nothing. Then after a while, my stomach is fine. Just wondering if it me or it others are experiencing any unusual symptoms with the tea.

From what I've read, raspberry leaf tea stimulates BH contractions in some people to "tone the uterus". It sounds like some people get them after drinking, others don't. I'm guessing you do.

I don't get that from the tea but I only have one cup a day. I have noticed increased discharge though.

I drink 3 cups a day and haven't had any side effects.

I noticed some BH's and lots of bowel movements the first 3 days of drinking it. Now it does nothing.

I'm drinking it 3-4 times a day like it recommends on the package. Today is my 3rd day of drinking it (started on Tuesday) and I have noticed some increased GI movement/gas.
