Where do you buy this stuff? re: Fourth of July

Glow sticks and you know those glowy tubes they wear as necklaces, etc.?

I've looked at Walmart, Target and the grocery store.  Do I need to go to one of the fireworks tents they set up? 

DS really wanted some last year at the fireworks and I said someone would come around to sell them, but that never happened (it could have been because we got there a little last minute and were on the fringes of the action).

They have them at our Target.  They have them where you buy birthday party supplies, by the goodie bag stuff.

I found glow sticks and glow bracelets in the dollar section at Target.  You can also find them at places like Party City and dollar stores.

My girls really want the glow in the dark silly bands bracelets so if anyone knows where to find those, let me know!

My Target has them - they're with the birthday party favor stuff over by greeting cards and gift bags etc.

Ok - thanks.  I was looking in the seasonal area at Target.  I'll try the party area.  Or hit up Michaels - I want some fun ribbons for DD's hair anyway.

Our local Dollar Tree has tons of them, so maybe hit up a dollar store.  I've seen necklaces, bracelets, wands that have stars or moons on them.

They carry them at the dollartree near me.

I've seen them at the party store.  I'm going to run and look for some today.  Rory is freaked out by sparklers, so I thought that would be fun for her!
