If DH broke his leg he could not work, me on the other hand, I could. He is in construction and I am a teacher. Plus, he is a big baby when it comes to pain!

I don't know if I could do it. I asked DH and he said he would break mine because he needs his for work. I still voted for him though, I'm a wimp and he has aflac insurance!
Ok, so I love my husband dearly but I don't think I could handle him whining for the amount of pain it would cause. He just had a cold and I wanted to bang my head on a table. He's a bit of a baby. I voted for me to break my leg.
Whether it's the best of times or the worst of times, it's the only time we've got.- Art Buchwald
I've broken a foot before.... I can handle it... considering the amount of whinning when DH got his stitches in....I wouldn't want to deal with him and a break EVER!
DH is a big weenie! And all I would do is take care of him, so I'd rather break mine and he can bring me breakfast in bed!
Hahahahahahahaha - good point!

The only bone I've ever broken was a toe. I got kicked by a horse while riding another horse, in Mexico. I passed out and they took me to the hospital. Yes, I passed out from a broken toe. I think that makes me a wimp.

Haha that's pretty funny. I've only ever broken a toe, too. Oh, and had my elbow dislocated pretty bad.
I would sacrifice mine since I already broke every bone from my knee to my ankle in my left leg last year. It didn't hurt when it happened, just made a few ugly snapping noises.
So I would choose me since I already have the physical therapy excercises and the bone stimulator and the fact that the whole thing is held together by a rod and screws anyway.
