So this is how the package arrived from a "store that shall not be named".
I ordered it for a 5 y/o as a gift. It's scratched, dirty and of course the pole is bent. There's no time to get a replacement. The birthday girl will be devastated.
I just had a case of formula arrive from them completely dented because of a pathetic packing job. The FedEx guy actually told me they have major problems with packages from diapers.com for that reason. To their credit, I received a voicemail AND email reply within 30 min of sending an email to customercare@diapers.com. They are sending a new case at no charge and guaranteed me a top notch packing job. They also offered a full refund. I would encourage you to contact them ASAP. They seem incredibly proactive and I bet they would expedite shipping on the new one.
omg, i would definitely complain and demand overnight shipment of a new one... btw, that is such a cute umbrella too! hope you get it straightened out.

Sadly this is the 3rd time I've had a shipping related issue with them (once a bottle of CA Baby shampoo leaked out all over the package, the second time the package arrived crushed). They did send a replacement in the past but now I'm tired of complaining.
F/U: They refunded 50% of the cost and sending out a new "ella-ella-ay-ay-ay- ". Probably won't be here on time for the party. Oh well. lesson learned.
