F/U to post re: holes in BG Organics...

I posted earlier this week about the issues I have had with my BG organics getting holes in them just under the one year mark.  I have returned 15 of the 18 I originally bought.  I called CS and inquired about my fear that in another year, I will have holes in all the brand new ones they just gave me but that my warranty will be up.  She told me that she does not foresee this as an issue because they have changed the material that they were using in their oldd BG Organics which they found were having a lot of issues with holes (I thought the newer diapers felt different).  Anyway, she said that she doesn't think I will have a problem with holes, but if I do to just call them and tell them and they should be able to take care of things for me.

 They have really awesome CS and I am glad she relieved some of my worries.

i sure hope this is the case, but i will say that my first round (purchased feb-oct 2008) only had minor problems, whereas my newer ones (nov 2009) are way worse.

glad to hear this and keeping my crossables crossed that they are true to their word if i have the same problem.  i do think some of the material is different between the 2 batches that I bought.
