I had my annual yesterday and proceeded to break down into tears twice. I wasn't full-on ugly face and snotting or anything, just tearful. It's sad that place is just a reminder of bad events. ![]()
I will say the PA who does my exam was awesome. She actually read my file and knew about my miscarriages before she came in the room. I swear, we spent about 20 minutes just talking. ![]()
In the end, doctor is putting me on progesterone after I O to see if we can get the incessant pre-AF spotting to stop. And so begins the journey of TTC again and the mix of emotions that goes with it. ![]()

Re: Slight Breakdown at the OB
It's hard to return to the place where you heard such bad news before. I struggle with going into the same exam room that the doctor told me I was loosing my baby in. It makes me cringe to even walk by the room! I am glad they are giving you prog. to help with bleeding. That worked well for me!!
I'm sorry. That had to be tough. I hope the progesterone helps!
awe sorry you were alittle emotional but it's understandable.
glad they're putting you on progesterone to hopefully stop the spotting.

I'm glad you had a great PA that talked with you and read your chart, that always helps.
I'm glad you have some sort of plan and I hope it has good results
I'm glad that you have a plan, and I'm thinking of you as you start TTC again! I cry every time I go to the OB or RE now. ::hugs::

I hope the progesterone works its magic!!

Sorry you had a rough day, but glad that the PA was nice (they're usually nicer than the doctors, it seems).
I almost found a new obgyn after my m/c just b/c I didn't want to go back to that place where so much awfulness had happened.
