how do you print etsy invitations?

when you order a design from etsy for invitations - how do you print them out?  do you send to shutterfly or something like?  print them from home?  print them locally (target, etc?).  thanks!

    I think I am going to make mine into postcards from Snapfish.  Others have said printed it out on photo paper (from snapfish, target,cosco, etc), or taken to staples and printed on cardstock.

    I'm going to be printing mine on cardstock from VistaPrint and buying coordinating colored envelopes from Paper Source.
