So I am trying to fill out this form and I am clueless. I have no idea what half of it means. My sister is the Respondent and my Mom, Dad and myself are the Petitioner's right?

yes, you are the petitioner (I would probably have your mom or dad) and your sister is the respondent. Try not to stress about that form as I think you'll get more information later today from your H's client as to procedure.

Thank you! I've decided I am not going to stress - I am going to fill out as much as I can and they can (hopefully) help us when we get there. As long as the three of us are their and we have the 2 forms I think we are in good shape.
