4th in an hour

Just had my 4th contraction in an hour.  The first three were just tightening. This one is slightly painful.  Wondering if I should drink water and wait?  or call my midwife?  I think the rule is more than 4 an hour.  I will go check my paperwork from her.

Drink water and lay down!  Call her while you're laying down!

I would call.  But I never had a contraction and wound up with a baby.
