I am in front of a computer all day for work. I get a headache every time I work that progressively gets worse thru the day. Anyone else have this problem? I do get tension headaches a lot too and that is what it feels like, but it is always when I am looking at the computer screen at work for long period of time. Anything that I can do about it? I wear glasses fo distance and have tried wearing my glasses when working but that does not help.
Re: npr: anyone get headaches from looking at computer screen?
Do you have a glare filter on your screen? I used to get headaches but it helped having the glare filter on my monitor.
I would consider getting your eyes checked. I was having the same problem, and when I went for my annual eye exam I went to a new eye doctor who adjusted my prescription pretty drastically and it made a HUGE difference.
