I love my doctor. He (yes, a he!) remembers the silliest crap I tell him as well as all the important stuff.

Today, he walked into the room where I was sitting on the table all in my gown and he just completely slumped down in one of the two patient chairs in the room and picks up the conversation from a year ago. He then says "sorry, I'm a little off today. 3 women out there are having babies right now. When are you gonna jump on that train?" So I said, "Well, I really hope it's soon!" He got all excited and said "Oh I can't wait!" and proceeded to tell me all about their schedule of check-ups and ultrasounds and all that for pregnancy, which was just a huge relief and part of the reason I wanted to make sure to go for an exam before getting PG.

After the exam, he said "ya look perfect - I'm going to see you back here real soon." Okay dude! Sounds good to me!

My OB/GYN has this same type of attitude and I love it.  The great thing is that if I have what I think is a stupid question she reminds me that it's not and just a question that I have.  I also appreciate a doc that admits he/she is human (rather than an all knowing god-like creature).  Sounds like you had a great visit.  GL & sending baby dust for when you want it!

watch out missy, my doc said the same thing, "I'm going to see you soon"  I was back in 3 months preggers.

Second, I'm so glad you like your doctor.  I love mine too and he is also a HE   He kisses me on the head and gives me a hug and always asks how  "Cristinaki Mou" is doing (my little Cristina in Greek).

oh no!!!  bummer!!  i was really hoping to see you there!  well, have fun at the wedding and yay for babies!
