What age does PMS start?

AF showed (early Angry) for me last night but I felt terrible all day yesterday... and Kaygan has been a Bear the past 2 days and so far today... she must be PMSing too!

Really though, I wonder if our AF hormones affect them?

    LOL.  I do think our moods affect them, though.  The few times DH and I have fought in front of DD, she has gotten really upset.
