ahhh so nice to be able to open up the windows!

The humidity is gone!  YAYYYYYY!  There is a brisk breeze so I opened up all the windows to air out the house.  It was getting that stuffy shut up smell!  And Michelle can finally play outside for awhile....she doesnt do well with the heat.

    I wish I could. Every window in this house was painted shut, and with so many layers of paint that we can't get them open.

    Our replacement windows will be installed in the next month or so.

    I dont get why people paint their windows shut lol

    We just put replacement windows all thru out the house last year.  What I love about them is that I can open them up from the top so that way Michelle & the dogs cant reach the top part & push out the screen.

    Ours are going to be like that-- they lock open about 2-3 inches at either the top or bottom, have screens that we won't have to take on and off, tilt in for easy cleaning (yay!) and are super energy efficient.

    And we get a tax credit. Even better.

    Amen!!  We got our windows replaced in April and I am soooooooo happy when we are able to use them!!

    I had to close mine this morning! The house was freezing - it was only 64. I closed the windows and closed the sliding door.
