How did you do? The second go round with chest and back was easier, but probably just because I am doing "girl" push ups now! LOL! Tonight is gonna suck...plyo is pretty intense! I finally got my "before" pic taken last night...will post later! Feels good to have completed 1 week..."only" 11 more to go!
I have a question for you ladies. Were you in shape before starting the P90X? I am a bit fluffy, but DH downloaded them and burned them onto a DVD. Will I be able to do it?

I was in shape Pre pregnant, but not able to keep up with it due to horrible reflux and also sick to my stomach. I had not worked out in about a year when I started this, but I am not too out of shape.

Brandi-Also, I still eat sweets every day so don't feel bad. I cannot give them up! I just don't go overboard! Besides, I never eat fast or fried food, so I think that helps a lot! I home cook all our meals...even bring my own lunch to work. I have always been that way though. Grew up like that too, so I feel lucky!
Hey ladies! I have really wanted to do P90X, but my question is, when do you have time to do it? I work full time and can never seem to find the time!
I couldn't even THINK about doing this until DS STTN thanks to the Sleep Sense program. I too work full time. He goes to bed now bw 630-7pm and I work out from 7-830pm. You can do it! It just takes dicipline and I have to stick to a strict schedule, but that is easy for me cause I like schedules!

I bring my lunches to work and rarely eat out ( fast foods) but i stillfeel like i'm not making the "right" food choices. Ya know..?!
