i wasn't allowed to submerge for the 2ww, because of the risk of infection still from ER.
So for me, there were no baths, no swimming.

FET restrictions are pretty minimal because you did not have the ER and the stimming. Mine just told me to rest the day of and take it easy the day after. I could swim, work out, do all of the things I normally do.

I am pretty sure you can swim as you did a FET . I know I just could not swim because of the ER.
The only thing my doctor ever said was no heavy lifting, I cut down on exercise just for peace of mind.
Since it was a FET, and you didn't have a recent ER I think swimming is okay
But make sure you don't overheat outside.
Unexplained Infertility
After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!
TTC #2
After months of being postponed or cancelled, FET #1.3 (Natural FET) brought us twin girls!
-no sex until beta
-no lifting over 25#
-limited activity for 48 hrs. after ET
-no baths or swimming b/w ER and ET
-if you already work out, you can continue, just nothing crazy
-limited caffeine intake
I e-mailed my nurse (who didn't mock me or ANYthing), and she said swimming and walking was fine but not to work out.
I just want to go dip in the pool...we'll see how paranoid I'm feeling on Wednesday when we go and whether there's somebody to get in with O.
my instructions say : no physical activity, no sex, no caffiene, no alcohol, no tobacco, and no swimming or bathing
oh, and no prescriptions that aren't prescribed by the RE
Just started my 2ww yesterday! Good luck
