any slimquick users?

I am so frustrated.  I cannot lost this weight!  My SIL used Slimquick and lost major weight and was just wondering if anyone else has tried it and what they thought of it?

    No I havent used it, but at this point Im so frustrated with my weight that I would be willing to try a diet pill.

    I use it. ?It doesn't help that much with appetite supression, but it does give me energy to work out which results in weight loss :)

    I don't trust any weight loss pills, drinks, etc.  Almost every major one that has been on the market has a laundry list of side effects or has caused major health problems in people.
