Hi Girls! Looking for a nanny/housekeeper for my 2 month old baby boy, I go back to work in August and am having major anxiety because I still haven't found anyone!! What does everyone else do for childcare on the northshore? Anyone have any in-home childcare recs or not using their nanny anymore? Anyone want to share a nanny? I go back to work one week on (M-F), one week off, fyi.

This reason alone is why I chose to stay at home. All the daycares had odd hours and it was just to stressful for me to deal with it since I had the option.

there were lots of places over here but they're sooo expensive.  I searched hi and low to find a good one that we could afford.

 I started here and crossed off any place with a major citation.  Next I called each place to see their cost.  Then I visited all of the places I was interested in
