I keep reading about people giving yogurt and cheese. We are no where near being able to do that - I BF and avoid even hidden dairy like the plague. How do I get calcium w/out yogurt for my LO?
We just started purees this past week, so this is a question for the future, I'm just curious.

Re: how to get calcium into a baby w/ a dairy/soy issue?
According to https://pediatrics.about.com/od/calcium/a/06_calcium_food.htm... you could try these foods. DD loves feeding herself broccoli.
