    I can't help it, my entire family says it.  If it makes it any better it's 100% sarcasm when I say it though.

    The longer I live away from home the less I say it. 

    I picked it up from my grandmother.  She's this totally sweet, innocent looking, little old lady.  If someone does something completely stupid, when most people would be tempted to say something along the lines of, "you stupid motherfvckingfvckhead what the hell is wrong with you!?" she just smiles and says, "Awww... bless your heart."  The person can't even get upset because even though they KNOW it's meant in a very sarcastic way, they know they can't tell her that.  I mean she's a tiny old lady who clearly wouldn't even hurt a fly.  ;)  I definitely picked up the sarcastic use of it from her.
