CIO really works!

My first post on 6-9, yay!I was exhausted from trying to get DS down for a nap so I decided to let him COI. He had a full tummy, dry diaper and was clearly tired. I was folding his laundry in his room where he couldn't see me, but close enough to keep an eye on him. He was rolling all over, tossing and turning, fussing and whining/crying for 10 minutes and then silence. Ahhhhh I checked to make sure he was ok then came back downstairs. He's been asleep for 30 min now. We'll both be much happier when he wakes up

Does he STTN???  I know we did a form of CIO for night time and then did naps and the kid sleeps like a champ now!!
