YAY! So, I have made it a whole week on P90X! Kenpo last night was a breeze for me since pre pregancy I did years of Tae-Bo. The moves were the same, and not as intense as Tae-Bo. The only think I dislike about this program so far is that I like more cardio, but I figure if I can get back in shape first, I can worry about cardio later on. How did you all do? Tonight is rest night for me...HEAVEN!
