Babies: 0 - 3 Months

rock and play sleeper question

My DD is almost 3 months, but I am tired of getting up and putting the pacifier in when she sleeps in her crib.  I am thinking of buying the rock and play sleeper.

Do you think it is worth buying it at this age?

Also, is the incline any different than an incline in a bouncer or a carseat? My DD sleeps well in both of those but i am looking for something a little more flat. I dont want her upright for long periods.

Could someone please help out? I am leaving for babies r us in a few moments.

thanks!

  • I love mine!  I think she would be able to use it for awhile at least.  but it doesn't keep dd's paci in her mouth...

Why would that be a lame reason?  Getting up multiple times a night to put a nuk is a PITA.  I resorted to CIO with Brady (granted it was at 6 months) in order to stop this.  I was loosing my mind getting up 5-10 times a night just to put a nuk back in.

  • I think i should have clarified.  I keep going into the nurseryto put the paci back in. I want something i can keep next to my bed.

    thanks

I'm going to have to second the wubbanub. We have a RNP but I still have to get up to put the wubbanub back in his mouth.
