We've got one...DS isn't all that into it. He does, however, seem to find the actual tag on the thing and plays with that more than the decorative tags!
We got just a normal Lovey Blankie at BRU and he loves, loves, loves it. He snuggles it everytime he goes to sleep. I bought two so I can rotate them. I keep it in his crib.
I made DD a taggies-like blanket when I noticed how much she loved the tags on items. She loves to sleep with it, but to play with she still prefers the "DO NOT REMOVE" tags on her stuffed animals and toys.
I have one that my cousin made. He's always loved it and it's the perfect size for him to play with in the carseat or on walks. It's just fleece, so it washes fine.

My SIL made us a little one--smaller than a fat quarter, really. Made with thing flannel on one side and satin on the other. It's a bedtime staple. She loves to rub her head and face with it, suck on the tags, and finger the tags. We keep it in the crib and it's a bedtime-only thing just to keep it special, but I bet she would play with it everywhere.
One of our tags is fraying, though, and I need to fix that. It must be her favorite, though I don't know how it differs from any of the others.
