Starting C25K program on Sunday. Anybody

wanna play?

It's a nice easy, non threatening program so even if you have never run before it is a great way to get into it and avoid injuries common for new runners. It is 9 weeks long, though you can repeat weeks as needed, that gets you to the point that you can run 3 miles or 30 minutes (or both if you can run a 10 minute mile).

My BFF/running buddy and I are starting Week 1/Day 1 on Sunday. We started it last year when I was 5 weeks PP and completed it. We have both fallen off the wagon and want to complete it again.  My DH even completed it and previously he despised running, so he was pleasantly surprised that he enjoyed it.

  • Hmmmm... definitely something to think about.  I bookmarked the page, and will give it more thought.

  • Sounds like something I should do! Thanks.
  • I've heard there are good music podcasts for this.  I wanted to try it, but haven't had time to download the music.  That's a good excuse right?
