Turned out pretty well, all things considered. I sampled it and it is mighty tasty.
Just in case you are wondering though...if a recipe calls for 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder really isn't enough...
Not sure how I screwed that one up...must have been the wine
Still tastes good, just didn't rise all that well...

Re: So...the banana bread..
I have totally switched out baking soda and baking powder while I was sober, if that makes you feel any better
I love making banana bread-do you have a good recipe?
Mmmm banana bread. Yankee candle use to make (I dont think they still make it) a banana nut bread candle that I loved.
I am always very liberal with the baking soda b/c I like things fluffy. I also have to reread a recipe a bagillion times to make sure I'm using the soda when I need to and powder when I need to.
