Teething Tablets or Orajel

I choose teething tablets or hyland's teething gel (both, actually)... I've heard orajel can bother baby more with the numbing, but I've never personally tried it to say whether it bothers Evs or not.

We use the tablets. We've used orajel a few times but it didn't seem like it worked as well as the tablets do.

I also prefer the teething tablets or Tylenol. The idea of numbing his mouth freaks me out.

We use Tylenol. The tablets don't do anything for Buggie, & that gel is strong.

My pedi said no Orajel because it is a choking hazard. The gel can get on the back of the throat and numb it. Luckily, DS just really needed teething tablets.
