Dr. Appt Update

Today was my first internal (sorry, Natalee, I feel bad posting this).  I am 1.5-2cm dilated, 50% effaced, & baby is head down at a 0 station, so I wasn't crazy when I thought she dropped this week.  I realize that I could be stuck here for the next 4 weeks, but this report, along with the fairly good amount of contractions I've been having makes me hopeful that my body is getting ready for the big event!

What great news! Already a 0 station huh? I am waddling already and am only -2 so I could only imagine!

Oh, no, don't feel bad at all!  I had an internal a week and half ago and was already 1 cm dilated, 50% effaced and he said the baby's head was already really low.  (I didn't ask the statin because I couldn't remmeber the term.)  I was just mad at myself for not insisting on another one this past week to see if there was further progression.

That's great news!  I guess these babies are really on the way!

I remember that now because you had said that maybe there was hope that you wouldn't be overdue. Yay!

My appointment is on Monday, can't wait to see. I don't think this baby has dropped yet though.
