We got Yo Baby. Try it slowly bc that's how we found out DD was allergic to dairy (she's EBF). After about 5 minutes, DD face turned red and got really itchy from the hives. We put on hydrocortisone and she was fine.
I just grabbed one of the "kid" yogurts (danino minigo or something like that) that they offered at our mommy & me group, took a spoon, and gave her a tiny bit off the edge... she seemed to like it, and didn't show a reaction (and it was strawberry yogurt, too... bad mommy!), so I let her try a bit more... and then the next week I did the same thing, and still no reaction, so I let her eat as much as she wanted (which wasn't a huge amount by any means.. she still won't FINISH a container, and they're small!). Then I just bought some regular strawberry and vanilla yogurts for home, and she'll eat a few tablespoons at a time, now.
Buggie & I were having a picnic one day. I let her have a lil nibble (I know... I'm one of those moms). She LOVED it. It's the Yoplait or something like that. They come in the red box for storage in the fridge. She liked the mixed berries the best.
After letting her nom on my yogurt for a few days, I ended up buying her YoBaby when we went to the grocery. Technically, you can just buy any full-fat yogurt and mix in what you want. I tried to do that, but I only can find low-fat or non-fat. We live out in the middle of nowhere tho. And even if you don't buy YoBaby (it's a touch pricey for yogurt), Buggie was just fine munching on my yogurts.
I just got regular whole fat greek yogurt and DD loved it! I use the plain kind, too much sugar in the flavored ones. She likes it plain, but sometimes I will mix it with one of her fruit/veggie purees.
The yogurt drinks are for the "toddler" according to gerber.
I started with the peach gerber yogurts and then moved to yobaby b/c it was cheaper. LO loved it.
I just took a spoonful out and tried it with him and he said, MMMM and ate the whole container. Good luck and give it a shot! If LO doesn't like it at first, try again in a few days.

I buy regular (not baby specific) organic full fat plain yogurt and mix homemade fruit purees in. I usually do 2 oz of yogurt to 1 oz of fruit. I don't trust that the fruit in the baby yogurts is anything more than just sugar.

Haven't tried it yet, but thisis what our doc recommends.
