She is two days younger than Elle and I can hear her cooing and it is making me miss her!

My work has a baby friendly policy but only bring Elle every once in awhile.

How cool is your work for having a baby-friendly policy!  That's really great.  Yeah, I miss my little dude so badly if I see another baby when he is not with me.
