North Dakota Babies
Last night
Over wine, my aunt and I were chatting. Some things came out.
-I was not very nice while I was pregnant.
-Her girlfriend doesn't think I like her. (I don't.) I need to try to be nicer to her.
-She did tell all her friends I was pregnant before I was ready.
-She thinks I overreact about the smoking issue.
-Now that I have a baby I am 'cold'.
And she wonders why I don't drink wine more often with her. It has become a time for bashing me. Not so much fun anymore.
I had two glasses and went to bed.
