eczuma on butt

So k has eczuma on her hinny... like on one cheek and at the top of her "crack"... i've been using cordizone like doc said but it's not helping.... do ya'll have any suggestions?

I'm not really sure.  I have given LO oatmeal baths and we use Aveeno Soothing Relief Cream.  Also, our pedi told us to use hydrocortizone, then put aquafor on top to sort of 'lock in' the hyrdrocortizone.

Are you sure it's eczema? Yeast sometimes looks like eczema.
