Daily AW!

Max is finally not sick!  After 3 weeks of him not STTN he is finally back on track and STTN!!!!  He's also so funny--when we went in to get him this morning he was sitting in his crib singing to himself!

Emmie is really trying to crawl.  She's working hard trying topush that booty in the air to get up on her knees! I want it so bad for her but I'm not ready for her to be that big yet!! 

I have to say I absolutely LOVE max.  he has the cutest little face EVER!!!!

Random thought: Is Max a nickname for something like Maxwell?  Max was out boy name choice.  DH wanted something longer, & I wanted just Max.  We fought like crazy about Maxwell, Maximus, Maxton...just about every variation. I think we'll still use it for a boy, but I'm so not looking forward to the pg just b/c of the whole naming issue.

When I peeked in on Elle before work, she was facing the oppostite direction at the other end of the crib but she was happily sucking her thumb and fast asleep.  I touched her chest and she went, aaawwwwww.  LOVE!

It sure is!  His name is Maxwell but it didn't come without a fight!  

 

DH was totally against the name Max and any variation of it but I let him choose the godparents so I got to have more say in the name!

Up until I was about 39 weeks pregnant, his name was Max.  Just Max.  I had always been against giving baby a "formal" name just to have a formal name.  DH wanted him to have a formal name but I wanted Max to be his whole name and I won! 

But at 39 weeks, I had a change of heart...for whatever reason, I changed my mind and told DH that I wanted to name him Maxwell...I'm so glad I changed my mind!  I love that I can call him Max or Maxwell! 

Also, when I tell people that his name is Max, most of the time I get a silly look or an "Aww" that doesn't sound sincere---but when I tell people that his name is Maxwell, most people say that they love it!

My AW for the day....we started trying to get Stella into her crib a couple nights ago and so far so good!!  Both nights she slept for 8 hours in her crib...woke up wanting a bottle...then back to sleep in our bed for another 2 hours!!  YAY!!!

Yay Max! Quinn is trying to crawl now...I think it is only a matter of weeks! When I went in and got him this AM he was completely turned around and awake!
