I'm a teacher and am now home on summer vacation. How does a typical day look for you? I'd like to try and get some sort of schedule going, but don't know what's reasonable. DS has been in daycare for the past 3 months and I know how he spent his days there, but things are different at home. For example, at daycare he'd only take 2 or 3 20-minute naps throughout the day. At home, he'll sleep for over an hour for a nap.
Re: SAHMs - schedule for your 6 month old?
We're up around 7:30 / 7:45am. We run errands, go to the park / mall / playgroup / whatever in the a.m....Georgia might have a quick cat nap at some point. She doesn't sleep well when we're out.
She usually nurses every 2-3 hrs., or on demand. She has fruit in the a.m & veggie around dinner.
Her long nap is in the afternoon, so I have to be home for that (usually 1:30-4:30pm). Oldest DD naps then too.
Bedtime around 8pm.
