I would probably give her more. My chunker eats an entire jar at each sitting.
AND... your new siggy is so adorable!
awwww.....thanks
i BF (she empties me!) about an hour before i give her solids and she gets cranky when it is gone--she keeps leaning forward with her mouth open and fusses once she realizes i am not giving her anymore. and it is only in the evening not in the morning.

Just a question... If you pump how much do you get? How much do you give in a bottle?

i gave up pumping.....she refused the bottle and we tried for 3 weeks straight and all it did was stress P, DH and myself out so i gave up.
the pedi said her weight was fine at her 6 month appt. 2 weeks ago. do you think maybe she isn't getting enough from me?

I'm sure she is getting enough from you! I just wanted to compare how much you get when you pump because I feel like I was getting wrapped up in how much EPers get which is way more than I get. You know Friend, I just worry
My doctor keeps telling me if she wants more, give her more. At this point, she eats at least 2 jars at lunch time, and at least 3 jars at dinner time. There have been points where she eats more. Plus, at night, she gets an 8 oz bottle usually about an hour or so later. She also snacks all day long between bottles.

even when i did pump, i never got nearly as much as the EPers say they could get. so i have no idea how many oz she gets, my pedi had just said we would go by her weight and as long as she had enough wet/dirty diapers etc........
and don't you worry!! Kane looks like he is a healthy well fed boy!

Thank you so much for posting! I thought I had the only kid who wasn't "dainty" and didnt push away after 3 bites.

Just follow her lead. She'll let you know when she's done.
Sometimes DD will eat 6 oz of food and sometimes (like tonight), she'll just have a bite or two.
