My LO is only 6 months but my friend's LO is 11 months and gives her DD those graduate snacks like yogurt bites, puffs, cheerios, little finger foods. tiny cut up hot dog bits or fruit.
blueberries cut in 1/2 (or 1/4 if its a big berry), peas, small pieces of mango, kiwi, watermelon, pear etc
small bits of cheese
puffs, cheerios, tiny bits of toasted bagel or wheat toast
lil crunchies snacks (in moderation... dd loves the zesty tomato ones)
arrowroot biscuits

DS born sleeping 2/23/2013 full trisomy 18
Baby 3 due 2/13/2015 }
Banana or avocado slices rolled in crushed cheerios, cheerios by themselves, mum mums, blueberries cut in half.
Pretty much all these plus tofu, tiny cubed mango and nectarines. She loves the fruit cut up. It's slippery but as pp said, you can roll them in crushed cheerios and that makes it easier.
Tonight I spread some avocado on a flour tortilla then put some low sodium ham and a piece of american cheese on top and rolled it up nice and tight. Then I cut it into bite sized pieces for him. He LOVED it!
I also found some no added sugar individual fruit cups at target. It was a HUGE multipack with peaches, pears, and mandarin oranges. I cut those up and he eats them like a piggy!
We also do just plain chunks of avocado and bananas, puffs, pasta, chunks of cheese ravioli with pureed sweet taters as the "sauce."
Last week I made some turkey meat balls with TONS of ground up veggies in them and he LOVED them!
1/1 Spotting, 1/3 beta 36,000, 1/5 u/s empty sac measuring 7w (9w5d), 1/6 d&c
