    I never had a favorite thumb to suck- just whichever was closer at the moment I guess.  I'm right-handed now.

    I'm a righty, but a lefty thumb sucker.  Mari has been sucking her left thumb too Smile

    I can't remember that!  I did suck my thumb until like 2nd grade tho.  I had to make myself quit, sometimes sleeping on my hands.  I'm right handed.

    I sucked my right index finger and I'm right handed. B sucks her whole fist, I tried to show her just the thumb but she didn't go for it. I haven't noticed a side preference.

    I know, right??  I've got issues!! 
    I only did this poll b/c S seems to be a left thumb sucker & I was curious to see if she would then be a lefty......and that could be disasterous since DH & I are righties & I'm not sure how I would help her learn to write her name, swing a bat, do a cartwheel (ok, well that one I can teach as I was a gymnast) but you get my point here!!

    Right thumb sucker, left handed. 

    Though if it makes you feel better, most lefties are ambidextrous.  For instance, I prefer using my left hand, but I can write with my right hand.  I can also use scissors with my right hand no problem but prefer left.  But then in sports I bat right handed, my right kick is stronger, and I golf right handed (while my right handed brother is a left handed golfer).  The only sports thing I do that's a little backwards is I'm Goofy footed.  But even then I can go either way pretty comfortable.
