Sippy cup ?

I went to babies r us today and got a Nuby sippy cup. The problem is that the top part is silicone and when baby drinks it collapses. Should I return? Can I even return it even though I opened it.?

    Yes, you can return anything within 90 with your receipt.

    Yes return! Also just curious does your LO hold their own bottle now? Mine still doesn't!
