I know you're supposed to wait 3-5 days when introducing new foods, but after your LO has tried them all with no problems, do you still stick with the same food for the 3 days, or can you do a different food every day?
We stuck to it for the first month, but DD has had little bits of almost everything at this point. If she had a reaction, I would be adhering to the 3 day rule.
My pediatrician told me that you only have to wait 3-5 days when trying a brand new food. If there is no negative reaction, then they can have that food again whenever and combined with any other food they also had no negative reaction to. Just make sure that each brand new food gets 3-5 days.
