How did you all fare last night? I found the yoga to be a nice change and it was great to stretch my muscles after being so sore from the previous workouts. I did find it a little on the long side, and I was surprised at how well he instructed yoga. I was familiar with all the poses, but I am not as flexible as I used to be! Hopefully that will change soon. Tonight is legs and chest...Chest is the worst for me...it means more pull ups and push ups...Ugh!
