When did you install your carseat?

I was thinking around 35-37 weeks but was not sure.  I plan on taking mine by the fire department to let them check to make sure it's properly installed.

I think ours was around 37-38 weeks - and I got it inspected around 39 weeks (I was off work by then)

I will be taking mine to HSV Hospital or Safety City to install around 37-38 weeks.

We're probably going to do it 4th of July weekend, so 35 weeks for me.  With the Monday holiday, it's our best chance to get it installed and inspected.

We put ours in this passed weekend and I've got to go by the fire dept and have it inspected.  I'll probably do that sometime this week.

we installed the base a few weeks in advance and just left the carseat at home.  and don't worry if you aren't efficient getting it in and out of the car - I was so big I couldn't really do it well while pregnant

We installed the base at around 38 weeks...like Bethany the carrier part stayed at our house until we headed to the hospital.

I used a friend's carseat to bring K home because we decided to order a different carseat last minute... that arrived the day we got home from the hospital!

So, technically we installed our carseat the day she came home.
