Holy Hot Yoga batman!

OMG just took a hot yoga class. Maybe not the best class to ease myself back into yoga. I recommend this to all yogis out there who haven?t tried it yet. It?s very intense but very invigorating! You are disgustingly soaked after but let me tell you that shower after is euphoric! Now I have to see how I am going to sit at my desk all day while my whole body fells like jello!

I LOVE hot yoga. I started going to bikram two weeks ago and am going about 3-4 times a week. My entire week now revolves around arranging my schedule to accommodate going.

Yea this was a Bikram class too! I can totally see how this can be addicting. This studio was taken over to be a hot yoga studio about 2 weeks ago so the room is not as hot as it?s going to be yet it?s more of a warm yoga but it was amazing can?t wait until the heat is really on!

Isn't this the greatest thing. You feel so refreshed after the class (and shower). I LOVE hot yoga too, it is very expensive though and I can't afford to go very often. It is a wonderful thing for sure!!!!  Enjoy your classes ladies!
