milk supply drop?  I just got my PP period yesterday and DD seems frustrated while nursing today.  Will my supply come back up after my period is done?

I haven't gotten my period yet, but I've heard that some women experience a temporary minor dip in supply.  Yes, it will come back up!

I'm just starting my 3rd AF and my supply has tanked.  I can usually get a total amount of 7-8oz per session and yesterday before that b- raised her ugly head I could only  get 5 oz total.  This was after drinking a ton of water and not having LO nurse for a good 5 hours before I pumped.

My supply usually goes back up near the end of the cycle.  I'm just worried because my freezer stash has dwindled to only six - 4oz bags.

Yep, I used to pump during the day when I was at work and then nurse for the last 2 sessions of the day.  My supply dropped really low at the end of the day during my period and even now, I had to give DD bottles during that time.  I noticed because she would get really fursterated at the breast. Since then, she won't nurse.  She will only bottle feed.  It made me sad at first but now it's nice because I know how much she is actually eating.  She is a really distracted eater, so I know I wouldn't be able to get her to eat as much if she wasn't bottle fed.  My supply went back up, I still produce the same number of oz a day, but I get the most in the am now and it slowly decreases as the day goes on.
