Recently DH and I have been telling Tegan, "No" in a firm voice whenever she does something that we don't want her to do. Tonight I was feeding her dinner and she kept trying to put the straps to her highchair in her mouth. I said no in a firm voice and took the strap gently out of her hand. She gave me a look that clearly said why did you do that? And stuck out her little bottom lip. I felt so guilty and immediately gave her back the strap. Ugh! I'm so gonna be a pushover!
