Any 7th Generation Diaper Users?

Riley recently got seriously bad diaper rash from using the new Pampers Swaddlers with the Dry Max.  Our Dr gave her antibiotic cream and told us to switch to generic diapers or use seventh generation or cloth.  We had some generic ones sitting around so we are just using those but they are almost gone and was thinking about using the 7th generation ones.  If you have used them, do/did you like them?  Why or why not?

Love them for pee and overnight, but every time he pooped in them, it came out of the back. EVERY SINGLE TIME. We use cloth at home, but those for daycare and travel, and I'm sick of having to wipe poop off his back. We tried Huggies Pure and Natural too, but didn't like the way they smelled after he peed. We only had a small pack and managed to get through them without him pooping in them. Our daycare lets us bring cloth there now, so it's a non issue.

we used them the first 3 weeks home, we're now in cloth though. She had NB poops every time she ate, so I don't really have any comparison. I thought they were ok.
