NIFR: Frozen watermelon

Whoever suggested frozen watermelon is godsend!  It's delicious!!!

    After two Clomid cycles, three injectable IUI cycles, two IVFs, two miscarriages, and one lap surgery, IVF #2 has brought us our little boy!

    ok - dumb question -- do you freeze it cut up or just freeze the whole thing?

    I cut it up into sections but I think it's better to cut it up into bite size pieces as eating a frozen section is somewhat difficult.  I seem to be getting shavings of watermelon but it's good.

    Mmmm someone just said that they brought a watermelon to work. I am going to go suggest we freeze some of it.

    mmmm.... and you should try frozen fruit kabobs, put watermelon, strawberrys, peaches, any other melons etc.. whatever you like, alternate them on a kabob stick and freeze :)

    I just cut it up in sections- without the rind of course- bite size pieces- popped them in a freezer baggy and enjoy!
