House Update

Well I'll try to make this as non confusing as possible. The house did end up going to the foreclosure sale, and the bank purchased it back for WAY less than it was selling for (like $40k less). But apparently before the sale, the bank's lawyers and our underwriting lawyer had talked and figured something out. There is a process they can do to "set aside" a foreclosure sale, basically you go to a court hearing and give the judge a reason you want to set aside the sale, and they approve or deny the set aside.
    That hearing is Friday. If the judge will set aside the sale, we are good to go and will close early next week (hopefully). If the judge denies the set aside, the house stays with the bank, and we will start over having to find another house and wait to close on that one. (Needless to say NOT a short sale).
    So we wait until Friday for news from the hearing. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers! I'm just getting nervous as if we have to start over, that means 2-4 weeks to close on another house depending on if it's occupied or empty, and I'm already 27 wks tomorrow. Another month would put me at 31-32 wks moving and unpacking, and my c/s is scheduled for 39 wks. Time is getting short!
