Squee! They are making it into a movie!

I just re-read Something Borrowed and Something Blue by Emily Giffin.  Loved both of the books and I kept thinking about how they should make it into a movie.

Turns out they are!  I'm very excited to see it.  Although I know it won't be nearly as good as the book (look what they did to Shopaholic) I hope it's decent.  And it looks like they are putting both books together in the movie, which would make sense.  I'm totally excited! And I'm loving the casting!

I really want to get my hands on Something Borrowed.. i stupidily bought something blue without realizing it was the 2nd.. and with my you must read books in order self that means it continues to sit on my shelf unread.

You know, I read them out of order and it didn't mess it up for me.  Although it's best to read them IN order.  GO GET IT!

I will definitely go see it.  I loved both of these books.  I really love how she incorporates characters from her books into other books.  Even the third book she wrote has a few characters from the first two.
