NRB: This isn't middle school

Sorry to be a PW today.

My co-worker loves to sit and talk about people on our team and then turns around and is sugar sweet to their face. The stuff that comes out of her mouth is so middle school talk. I just want to yell over my cube to STFU and grow up. I am hoping to move cubes by August. Thank goodness for maternity leave. Grrrrrrrrrrr.

I work in a small office with all men. You should hear how guys gossip amongst themselves! LOL. It's quite funny.

That makes me feel a little better. Glad it isn't just here. I just wish that woman would be nicer to each other. We don't get anywhere by being mean.

So true! I don't get it either, and I don't subscribe to that kind of attitude. I went to an all-girls high school. I know so well just how cruel girls/women can be, and also how supportive they can be. I don't see how putting so&so down, makes me any higher.

I so agree! I used to work with pretty much all girls and went to pretty much all guys but my boss. The guys still gossip but not as bad. Sometime people need to just grow up
