I was craving BBQ chips so I got some...now I wish I hadn't because I have a horrible taste lingering in my mouth. Same thing happened last night. I was craving chicken fingers and had some, then I felt sick for the rest of the night. Does anyone else regret giving into cravings sometimes?

Re: Why do I give into cravings?
Funny you say that because I usually cringe thinking I'm going to end up sick afterward when I give into a craving. I had a craving for KFC a few weeks ago and thought I was going to feel horrible because I literally only eat fast food once or twice a year (not counting In and Out of course, they are just freaking good) and figured I would be in the bathroom all night, but it tasted good and I felt good afterward.
I do have to say, I've had that horrible metallic taste in my mouth no matter what I eat these days. It's so gross, so I know what you mean with the lingering taste.
This! Or I crave the really really spicy foods and we all know that does not end well
