I was having contractions last night and using my iPod to help me relax. I listened to Jason Mraz's Sold Out (In Stereo) album and some Kenny Chesney (Be As You Are) album because they've helped me relax in the past. I just skipped over the faster songs. Pig by DMB is also a favorite of mine to relax and zone away to.

I'd like to attempt no drugs so I filled my ipod with a bunch of stuff I can try to meditate to: ?classical, nature (ocean, rain), & Enya type stuff. ?
But I should probably have an upbeat playlist as well incase that plan goes out the window & I need to be distracted or pumped up. ?So I'd love to see what others have. ?
Re: Your labor and delivery playlist
I started making one - but, decided to just use Pandora...
I was going to go with "Come Baby Come" by K7 for some comic relief...
Forever Young by Bob Dylan
The Way I Am by Ingrid M.
